i do not give a shit about the endogenic vs traumagenic system debate and will not entertain it further than this:
every. single. system. is formed from trauma and its a normal part of being a system to downplay it or not remember it at all.
dissociation is an involuntary coping mechanism to protect the brain and be able to continue onwards through and past traumatic events.
everything about systems is under researched and highly stigmatized. we will never be taken seriously, and inner community bickering over this does nothing but separate us further. peace and love or whatever.
